THE BUNNY ROOM ....

From one corner looking to the other. Lower left is BL's command-chair and computer center. She looks out a nice window over part of our yard.
Three pairs hang out here during nights and bad-weather days. From left to right: Benji and Goldie (they are there together); Baxter and Zoey - Zoey is on the step under the hole; and The Boyz - Winston and Lucky.
Being all together in one room does not bother them one whit .... although that is solid board between the left most two condos.

Spanish - acurrucarse - from yesterday.

Finally - Boogey is from Baton Rouge and is totally beside himself that the Saints are in the Super Bowl. Does anybody know a bunny from Indianapolis? We MUST make this a rivalry.

I don't know an indianapolis bun but we'd volunteer because our football team sucks, ooooo the shame.

Wow! Did you make the cages yourself?

Ahem, Jessica my dear. They are "Condos", not cages! =:<)

Yes. We saw one at a friend's house and took some measurements and sketches and there you are. Materials cost about $85 - $90 and it takes my about 10 hours from start to finish - now that I have done it a few times!

Time shares? rent to own? or do the Bunns own these magnificent structures?

Lovely togetherness for all!

Probably nicer condos than I can afford in my soon-to-be old age. Most impressive building job. Ahem.

Oops--sent too soon. The ahem related to perhaps flying to Virginia and building some for the ingrates [who chew perfectly good furniture, tear holes in rugs and tunnel up into the boxspring]. Neither Tom nor I can figure out which end of the hammer is the part you put in the electric socket.

My goodness .. I could get a horse drawn wagon with cage wire, boards, tools and fasteners in it; latches and hinges jangling from hooks on the sides .. clip-clop my way around, making a fine living building bunny condos! I'll be in your town soon!

Very nice condos! Given what they cost to buy new, I bet it's a bargain to make them yourself, since you have the tools, time and expertise.

My bad! Condos. Gotcha! :) I am definitely a horrible bunny mom. Mine just have cages ;) lol.
