I of course have never gone through molting season as a participant, but I would think that the bunnies would like to get rid of all that extra hair! Mine hate being brushed, too! I have two of the six looking like homeless vermin right now. I wish they would all be on the same fur losing cycle ...
Sogna's having the same problem. She looks like a ragamuffin scruff monger. Doesn't want to be touched. Still love her head pets but if you go near her shoulders she bolts.
Going on for months now. No matter how many times I pin her down and brush her, (after which I can't come within 5 feet of her for weeks), it just doesn't seem to stop. I wonder how much hair a little bun can produce??
"Brush that Bunn" - ho ho ... reminds me a bit of an old Smothers Brothers song - "Boil that cabbage down"
How much fur can a bunn bunn molt? 10 make two shop vacs full every three months. When company comes they don't even mention it any more. It's a condiment in our house. We have bought stock in the company that makes those big tape-rollers. Mr. Obama has personally asked BL for some for oil mop-up help.
Being a year-round shedder, Mickey LOVES being brushed. What he doesn't like is when I try to pluck the odd bits that stick out between brushings. He'll tolerate one or two plucks, but more than that and he hops into his haybox for safety.

Mopsy, our Dutchie, just molts and molts and molts. We're brushing and brushing--to no avail.
