HOLA!!!!

"Didn't somebody want to see me, Chico? Here I am! Glorious - yes?
Waaaaaay better than a cat!" - Chico
"Do you read the comic Prickly City? BL likes that comic. There is a great rabbit, Kevin, on there today. Damn cat gets the best of him. I prefer Pickles!" - RG

I now have bunny spit on my screen from where Sage licked it. I held her up and said, "Look! Chico!"

She leaned forward and sniffed, and licked his ear. So I guess you can tell that handsome hunk of rabbit Sage sends kisses.

Hola, Chico, and very handsome you're looking today!

Oh, Chico, you are absolutely unique and gorgeous! There is no comparison, BUNNIES ARE THE BEST!!! YEAH BUNNIES!!! But, if any furry friend is abandoned and needs a home ... I'm a sucker ... I'll take them in. So, while theoretically I'm with RG, realistically I would do what BL did and keep the poor little guy. I am not a dog person, but I have two because they need me ... Not because I said one day, "Hey, I need a dog ... I'm going to go get one." The world has its way.

Mercedes Bun thinks that Chico does have a certain "je ne sais quoi", but she wants to know if he would make as good a pillow as her little pal Bertie.

Chico = devestatingly handsome.

Can hardly stand it.

I was always a cat person, before I had a rabbit. I grew up actually believing I was a cat.

Now that I'm a bun person, well, buns rule my world. But if you give him a chance, RG, I think you'll find rabbits and cats aren't really so different after all. (minus the stinky food).

RG and I had an agreement: no more rabbits (we already had 11 at the time). Then this little sweetie shows up, shaken, and with skid marks on his upper lip from being tossed from a slow moving car. We took him in and patched hm up just until we could find him a home. But alas ... Nada.

I was taking Spanish at the time. Thus the name Chico. The next day I told the class, "Me llama BL, y yo tengo twelve cojones." Everyone laughed, and one particularly unpleasant man said, "No you don't, Lady." "Oh yes I do," I insisted. "I just don't know how to say twelve in Spanish.

Apparently the word for rabbits is conejos. Caramba!

Chico has brought immeasurable joy into my life (and a bit to Sage as well apparently). And, just as RG wanted (because here at A Houseful of Rabbits we always try to keep RG happy) Chico has been our absolute last rabbit.

I can't even imagine the snot-like goop that must pass for a brain in some monster that would toss that precious little guy from a car! Oh, my goodness! I know it happens all the time, but I still can't grasp what could go through a person's (not a person, a monster's) brain to do something like that! We need to put "things" like that in a bit ring with a superhero who tosses them out windows!!! There is no heart, and probably nothing but goo in the head! I'm so glad Chico found you and Sage! Maybe he won't remember "before."

Oh, I can just imagine how well that statement went over in Spanish class. They must have talked about that one for days. :)

Besides, isn't it nice to have an even dozen? Unless of course you'd like a "baker's dozen"... ;)

Hola Chico! You are so darling!
Someone tossed you from a car? Awful. So glad you have a wonderful home with lots of great friends. I hope the people that tossed you from the car got in a wreck! (oh...did I type that out loud?)
