WHEN BL'S AWAY ...

... she goes fishing with daughter and granddaughter (taking picture on cell phone and sending it to me.) So I am sure to see what I am missing. At least I don't have to help clean them. I expect to get another photo of the dinner later ....

But a fella has got to eat too, this should work ... stay tuned ...

Awwww, handsome Racer. You'd probably like ANYTHING filled with blackberries. Hope RG is sharing!

Enjoy, RG!

Oh RG, your pie is beautiful BL is so fetching (NOT!) hopefully you will not change locks on the doors.

We had a great time, caught 16 -- threw 2 back. It was windy; the boat ended up sort of on the rocks; Lisa got us out; BL oared (or whatever you call it when you use those oars in the oar locks on a small boat) while daugher worked the electric motor -- heading into the teeth of the wind.

On second try we docked it, survived, then cleaned fish, brought them home, fried them, and ate all but 2. Delicious!

Only one more day here, packing ... then I can head home to sanity, really nice man, wonderful bunnies, sweet cat, no teen-agers (thank the goddess for that!) and my normal tranquil life.

Any more berries for another pie later? Sorry no fish dinner pix. Great day!

The birds get all the blackberries from our bushes before they are even ripe! I get none.
