I call the little ones Hobo Bunnies when they're molting... It started with Moshi. The gray just didn't go well with molting season, but with Jamili, oh boy... she looks abandoned. Don't tell her though... she's a princessy one.
You'e not alone, Winnie--Mick's in full molt as well, and those little tufts of fur have been making me nuts. Pluck, pluck, pluck and they still pop up. Grrrr...
Is plucking a bunny painful or annoying to them because mine sure do not like it ... but I can't help it ... I must pluck them ... It's not like I can control myself at all... poor babies!
I want to pluck Winnie... that would probably end in a bloody mess of me all over the floor and Winnie still with all his little furry floofs taunting me ....
Yes, 6Bs, taunting you...they are taunting you...taunting you so much...I am trying to distract you...What are friends for besides mocking you when you molt? Taunting you...
Luna got really mad at me last night for plucking her ... she bit me and by biting I mean gently closing her little sweet mouth on my arm a bit and looking at me with her sweet cranberry eyes ... precious girl would never hurt me ... but she really REALLY did not want to be plucked last night.
I found your blog when I was looking for a different sort of information but I was very happy and glad to read through your blog. The information available here is great
The House of Rabbits is our house, in the Pacific Northwest, that we share with six rabbits of all sorts and sizes. (And a cat.) (And, temporarily, Froggy the tree frog.)
Here you'll meet us and them, read about what they are up to, and hear about our relevant rabbit doings!
We adults don't often agree, so some fireworks and tension may appear as well. But it's all for the good of the bunnies.

Nothing like having your friends make fun of you.
