"MY LADDER OF LIFE ...

... is not getting me where I need to be.  Probably just as well - things are quite fine as is." -  Benji Content
Here are just some of the 60 plus hardy souls who planted 800 little potted trees on Saturday, to enhance habitat near the Skagit River.  We are all soaked!  I am the photographer.

Congratulations on the tree planting!

Not sure Benji needs a ladder to get on in life....

Yeah, Tree Planters! Van Ladies no need to bring our own ladder. There is one on site, and RG is going to be in a Snickers haze since he's demonstrated he is not above taking candy from young people. This is going to be easy. Everybody just practice your, "Benji, come to Mama," calls.

Who did our intrepid fluffster, Benji, have to wrestle with? Oh dang. I am getting my "Jacob" stories confused. Ladders, blessings, betrayal, brothers divided, wrestling with God, stone pillows...
Y'all don't tell my Father Confessor I had to google "Jacob's Ladder" and then use Wikipedia as my biblical source. He will make me go back to catechism with all the little kids and they can be cruel!

Benji and bunnies in general do not need mystical dreams and ladders between heaven and earth, with angels descending and ascending upon them, etc.
Bunnies are the creatures little baby angels snuggle with for all eternity.

That's so awesome. I'm actually sitting here in tears as I watch my neighbor cut down two of the most beautiful trees from his yard. Nothing wrong with them. They were gorgeous. He's just a lazy old fart that doesn't want to pick up leaves. It's so sad.
