"I'm working with a team using High School Science students to document what lives in and on some of our local beaches at about low tide. Here we are a few days ago on a really muddy one! Those are two large refineries in the background. They receive several large tanker ship-loads of oil from Alaska every week, and also oil from North Dakota by train. The refined products go out by ship, train, pipeline and trucks. If there is a spill disaster, we will have a better idea of what was here in the beaches before. So far, so good." - RG the Citizen Scientist

I love me some Chico! He is my hunneh bunneh wunneh!!!!!
good work with the citizen science, RG! Chico has adorable ears!
enviromental stuff and Chico perfect!
I have a couple of things to say. #1 is that I agree that Chico has the best ears anywhere! #2 RG is pretty awesome and leads a very interesting life. #3 BL's hands always look so pretty in RG's pictures! We seldom get to see her face, but often her hands are visible, usually holding a bunny...
