RACER ....
Here is Racer's condo ... squeaky clean, food bowl filled with fresh oats and pellets, fresh pile of hay, fresh water, fleecie and color-coordinated box arranged perfectly ... litter box freshened. Gads, the tissue holder probably even has the popped-up piece fanned nicely. So - where is Racer?????

I'd hang on to that Condo, as much as other buns want it, you won't get market value in this economy.
If I'm unemployed much longer I'll be asking Racer if I can move in with him... That's some nice digs.

And so CLEAN!!! Don't you wish a clean bun area could stay that way longer than an hour? At least, in my house it doesn't.

I was thinking that if I can get my needlework in there, can I maybe rent it? I agree with everyone that it won't stay clean for long--I'm about to go put on the maid's apron clean our rabbit penthouse myself...
What an awesome house, Racer has! Whenever I clean Mario's pen and he goes back in, I yell to him, "Fresh hay!!"
Oh - we want to snuggle Racer!
