Buffets here in NC are never good either. I never go to them and refer to them as "hog troughs."
Yep, customer service is really going down the tubes all the way around these days, guys, no matter whether fast food or fine dining establishments.
BTW, I hope this posts. Some of my comments don't seem to be going through.
