Kitty Boy, it is so good to see you. We just want you to know that you have your public, too. DR occasionally showed pictures with a charming little cockatiel in the background, and we have never even learned the little guy's name. You are looking fine and fit - no mean accomplishment, what with being the brains behind HoRs and all. We all know that RG is in no danger of being doomed by you (wink, wink). He is just doomed not to ever appreciate kitties. Kind of brings a tear to your eye, huh?

That sound you hear is Mr. Mick snickering..."Foo' cat pretending to be a rabbit...he's lucky I'm not there, I'd box his ears and nip his tail...humph."

Glenna, our local animal shelter accepts any living creature any hour of the day, but if the little life form is not a cat or a dog, they want local rescue groups to take over. The bunny group does shelter a few bunnies in the kitty cat room just so people will think of bunnies and get in touch with our rescue group. It often happens as a result of out of cage exercise times that cats and bunnies get very attached to each other. In such cases signs are posted explaining that this cat comes with its own bunn or vice versa. I don't know who thinks who is an honorary what, but some real friendships form. Apparently all that is required is the ability to look past ears and tales.

You wouldn't like the bunnies' dinner, KB ... better make sure RG knows it's really you there, or you might get a carrot instead of your stinky ol' cat food!

The Cat just gets no respect.
