"KEPT KITTY -

- Cozy BL.  What a life!"  -  KB the Pampered.
"You will need to click this picture bigger.  These are Snow Geese and they fly back and forth by the thousands - from fields to the bay and back again. Here are about 125, part of a much bigger skein.  Beautiful against the sky.  They will leave in March for Wrangall Island."  -  RG Audubon

Kitty Boy is doing a very important job. He's keeping that blanket warm in case BL needs a warm blanket! He's working hard, RG!

Funny how we associate the word "humane" with humans and "animalistic" to animals when the behavior of each species indicates just the opposite. Not all humans, mind you, are evil and contradict common sense ... but NO animal acts evil just to be evil and all act with common sense ... seems we have it a bit backwards .... The birds all doing what they instinctively need to, to survive, and nothing malicious...

Ok ... I just woke up and I might be feeling a bit unnecessarily down on some humans at the moment ... but animals are awesome... I'm just sayin'!

Wonderful photos, RG. Thank you for sharing. I wish I could say something wise or comforting or encouraging, 6Bs. All I have is always live so the bunnies will be proud of you.

Oh, gosh ... Auntie Jane ... that is a prescription for depression right there ... "live so my bunnies would be proud of me" ... I get the bunny but and at least a few thumps and foot flips every day ... I am a failure in their eyes ... a complete failure ... I could NEVER live up to my bunnies' expectations ... bring on the Lexapro ...

That's the way I like to see my Kitty Boy.

But, I did just read a story about a pit bull boy who lived nine years on a 25 pound, five foot tow chain and last night was his first night to sleep right next to his rescuer mommy in her bed! You should have seen the picture of his smiling face! That made me happy! My bunnies still do not approve of me ... but my dogs think I'm awesome! (dogs are more forgiving than my rabbits ....)

6Bs, you are a prescription for curing depression. Too funny! Certain little bunny gestures have nothing to do with whether your bunnies are deeply proud of you, they are more along the lines of "Come on girl, get happy, if we can do this, you can, too. Give us a foot flick, right now."

Now, I know for sure your bunnies are proud of you! And we all think you are awesome! Sometimes bunnies do like to juxtaposition themselves a little in the name of healthy balance.

Uhh, outwardly, outwardly juxtaposition themselves.

I can't think of a more perfect spot KB. You know where the love is.

Those peeps are incredible as they fly through the sky. I do love to hear them honking as they cheer each other on to keep going. Makes me smile.
