Abuse?? None of those buns need worry about that.
He looks completely neglected and unloved--he needs treats and smooches STAT! ;)
Uh, we need to talk to the victim in private, Mr. RG.
Racer looks like he could be bribed with treats and cuddles to say that he receives treats and cuddles.
He could also be bribed with treats and cuddles to say that he never ever gets treats or cuddles.

Oh, terribly! I don't see a treat within his reach! Call the BPS (Bunny Protection Service)! Hee hee!
I suggest an immediate relocation to Scotland, where he will be fed many treats and snuggled 24/7.
Now, Mr. RG, we will be taking that bunny now. It will be better if you just hand him over gently and go quietly with the officers.
