Gorsh.
I was LITERALLY not five seconds ago looking up zucchini recipes. My husband brought home a zucchini the size of a bread loaf and I had no idea what to do with it. I cut off a nice chunk, gave some to bunnies for a treat, then cut another chunk into strips, gave them a super quick stir fry in garlic powder and a bit of canola oil, then salt and peppered. Yum.
My dang oven is out. I saw a recipe for chocolate zucchini cake that almost made me faint.

I think tomorrow, I will slice and dice a chunk of it (seriously, it is HUGE) and have a nice, light pasta with marinara and zucchini.

Crafty green Boyfriends parents just gave us a bag of zucchini from their garden (except we call them courgettes).

My grandfather always called zucchinis "zuck-chinnys" for fun. My mom would make zucchini bread and zucchini chocolate cake with them--it was the only way she could get us to eat it.
