RG is right. My bunns have torn up a wall with their obsessive chewing.
RG, I once heard an Austinite refer to his decking as "the house around the house." I believe he was referring to up keep and expense. This person was not happy. Anyway, you could talk to The Princess (if you can get an audience) about cheese, the patina of old bronze...all the things that improve with age or come with age.
