IT'S WORSE TODAY, BAXTER!!!!

Don't bother coming ... you won't make it up the hill ...
All night it snowed some more .. there is a foot and a half. The Princess does not even want to have the door opened for a little sniff ..... Our song of the day is "Boat Drinks" by Jimmy Buffet ... tra la la ... "... BL shot six holes in her freezer; I think I got cabin fever; Somebody sound the alarm ... " ... tra la la

We are essentially snowed in. The little 4-wheel drive Ford Escape can't manage much more than 8 inches and we have nearly 16. The neighbors and I spent most of the day getting our lane and driveways reasonably clear and I think we will be able to go out Friday ... but more storm coming. We are just not prepared, used to, nor desirous of this kind of weather!!!!

Wow!! That's a whole lotta snow!! It mustn't be very nice to be snowed in like that, huh? But all that snow sure makes a very pretty picture!

Wow. I guess you've got plenty of food and warm snugglies for humans and bunnies, though, right? And you've obviously still got power. What a way to start winter. I hope this isn't a sign of worse to come!

that's an enormous amount of snow....

You guys are so lucky. Send that snow to me, if you don't want it - I love snow, no matter how much!! (And the buns won't mind, as long as it doesn't interrupt their salad deliveries for breakfast and dinner!)

That really looks snowed in, better lock away all firearms until danger of cabin fever abates....ha, ha, word verification is "calmie".

Too late to pay a visit to Snowblowers R Us too, I'd think... I'd be impatient knowing that all my Christmas errands and food shopping are incomplete, but otherwise, I'd welcome it.

Yes indeed ... Bunny Lady is close to pulling her ears out over the shopping trips we need to try to do.

We expect company and now with the latest horrible reports of coming weather we do not know if there will even be a Christmas here at the House of Rabbits ... well - of course there will be, but it might be just us usual tenants!

OMG- that's a lot of snow for you guys. We got about 12 inches here in Day-twah today.

Regarding farming and summertime- yes, there is no school in summer so that kids could help out on the family farms. Does that win you a bet? What didja win?

those shoes look just like the ones Ankles and I have. I'll take a picture of ours for my blog tomorrow.

Oh dear about the groceries and errands and impending celebration--I feel BL's pain. What you need is a sleigh and a horse. Or maybe a toboggan and ten rabbits to pull it.

And I must say that your house looks like the prow of a ship sailing through all that snow...

I don't mind it one bit. Got chains on my tires and take it slow. I'm used to driving in this stuff, just not used to the hills. Almost didn't make it out of the drive way last week, but I did. We do wonder when garbage will be picked up though...

It looks beautiful, but I guess the fun is short lived if you have to fight your way in and out for a longer period of time... let's hope it melts away and your visitors can make it, but regardless of what will be, I hope you guys are going to have a lovely Christmas. Kisses to all the bunnies, and lots of ear rubs too!
