HOW SWEET IT IS!

For Zoey and Chico

When her darling Baxter left
to go across the Rainbow Bridge
Zoey felt so sad and all bereft.

But soon she saw through her cage wire
another bunny she could admire
and he was a lionhead just like her!

She loved his big brown eyes and handsome mane
his sturdy helpful nature and his Spanish sounding name.

Chico, just like all the rest,
could not help but fall for Zoey's charms -
of all the bunnies she was the best!

Soon the humans, seeing what was going on,
decided they would try to bond
these two lively bunnies.

Now here they are, the loving couple -
Zoey wearing a bridal veil of lace
as they explore their new shared living space.

So here's to the future for Zoey and Chico -
long may they binky and snuggle together -
whatever the weather!

Thank you Juliet Wilson aka Crafty Green Poet for the perfect words.

MADE MY DAY! Thank you! Blessings to the new couple! They make me so happy!

CONGRATULATIONS! (to the bunns and to RG because two bunnies together are easier to care for and less work than two bunnies separate!)

"his Spanish sounding name" How sweet is that! What an honour for Juliet to be asked to write for such a lovely pair.

What a wonderful household you must have. Lucky cat too.

Ah, the Wedding at HofR! May the water be turned into carrotinis and may the Doer of said deed bless house, humans, bunns, and internet guests with everlasting love.

Oh, that poem was just adorable!

Congratulations Zoey and Chico! Here's to many binkies together!!!

(I should have had a ceremony for Jamili and Moshi, especially considering what a tough bonding that was, haha!)

Love the poem! I can't believe you had them bonded so quickly! I think you should add a 3rd lionhead to the mix...

FOA ... bite your tongue! Although, can you just imagine what Chico would do? Either be in some sort of male bunny La-La Land ... or be totally stressed out with TWO females giving orders.

As is, he spends much time meditating in private inside the box, while Zoey sits on the pretty carpet with a look of satisfaction on her face. BL

This is so exciting!!! Finally some good news around here! Can't wait for a portrait of the most beautiful couple :)

Now let's see. Who is left unbonded. Just the Princess and Racer? How about another go at that match-up?

I would like to congratulate the happy couple - but I was also like to express amazement at the neatness of that bunny pen! How is it kept so clean and why can't Pepper be that tidy?
