HI BOYZ ..........

The days grow longer and it is not so cold. The bunns stay out longer too. The Boyz (Winston and Lucky) peek in often toward the end ... their little pellet timers have not quite adjusted to the longer wait!

Tried to do the meme from Archi's. First I got the new book by Eckart Tolle(?) but the appropriate sentences were soooo long and I lost the thread. So I picked up the next one I saw and the sentences were even longer! Then I saw The Prince by Machiavelli - this will be great for a bunny blog I thought. Wrong. He could not even finish the 2nd sentence before the end of pg 123. I quit! I'll enjoy reading the results of others.

Have a nice weekend! I'm going to plant some trees. It's Earth month.

aw bummer! I just posted on my site an update that you were gonna do it!! i didn't think it would be that tough, but i confess i went thru a few books before i found one where the 3 sentences picked made some coherent sense out of context ;-)

we rabbits are way smarter than humans so we should have no trouble with whatever you posted!

OK OK OK ... shamed by a rabbit .. hmpff. I tried a poetry book but pg 123 was a poem by ee cummings and had no sentences! So I saw a book we got for Christmas ..Bird Songs - 250 North American Birds in Song! It has some buttons you push to play the songs and it has the last certified recorded song of the Ivory Billed Woodpecker from 1935! Anyway, page 123 is the Gray Jay and the correct sentences are: "Their alarm calls are soft musical whistles, hoo, hoo, hoo, and chatters, rak-rak-rak-rak. Mates exchange a whee-ooo call; the birds give a chook, chook, chook during social ocnflict; and territory owners give a chick-wurr when attacking trespassers. Whisper songs, a series of soft melodious notes interspersed with quiet clicks, may have roles in breeding behavior."

Now there will be a test tomorrow!!!

cute photo!

What about Watership Down, now that would be appropriate for a bunny blog! Not that there's anything wrong with birdsong, of course,

Let those poor hungry buns in! They never approved of "Daylight savings time" anyways!

how many rabbits do you have? inspired by the 'lops' rabbit you told me, i went to buy one which costs us USD40 here (considered expensive) and only one ear is floppy and another stands right up. the pet shop told us that's becuase the rabbit (we named her princess) is still small/young and when she grows older, both ears will be floppy..but somehow i dont trust the seller, so now we've got one 'lops' that ear's lopsided, so is it true? sorry to ask as i dont know anyone else here with such rabbits, tks in advance :)
