Hello, I'm Benji and I disapprove of this picture.
Chill out Benji ... I'm still learning ... next time YOU'LL be the big part.
When we first moved to The House of Rabbits several years ago, there was pretty much no landscaping - just a big lot covered with pasture grass. Bunny Lady asked to be sure to have lilacs outside the bedroom window, and to be able to smell them inside.
Right away we got three small bushes of different sorts, and planted them just outside that window. Finally, this year, they are big enough to have lots of beautiful and fragrant blooms.
Score one for RG!
Not as hot as we thought today, more tomorrow. But for our pals Belle and Ferdinand in Mill Valley ... ughhh ... 90 +. Hang in guys, it can't last too long.

Nice idea to combine the rabbits and the garden in one post! Lovely to have lilacs outside the bedroom window!
Pretty lilacs! Lucky Bunny Lady and cleaver Rabbit's Guy. Tyler and Sydney are drinking lots of water in this heat we were in the 90's. They say they can't remember when it's been this hot, of course they are just a bit over a year (see Happy Birthday Spots on my blog) so that's not surprising.
very pretty flowers! can the bunnies eat those
We love the lilacs here in VA and don't have any. Perhaps I can task the BF with planting some...
thanks! It is cooling off finally.. Belle could see fog over the bay from her favorite deck spot. We just wish The Feeder would stop baking cupcakes and quiche!
What a lovely picture. Benji should be pleased (even if he doesn't show it!) to be inclued in a view of such lovely flowers! Ah, lilacs, what a wonderful scent!
Yes, the rabbit must command and dominate the picature ~Rabbie Burns
They're gorgeous! Even if they're not bunny-edible!
