DKM had some pretty flower photos and Somewhereinnj had a peony picture and it reminded me that we made a pretty table bouquet today. Cut some of our fluffy red peonys, a single calla lily flower, and a bunch of bell-shaped pinkish columbines. Things are really beginning to bloom!

Those are so pretty! My rabbit, Tyler, can eat a two foot dandelion stalk (technically Chicory) in 8 seconds. Sydney can't do that, but she can make a break for the study within half a minute of hearing the door open.

They ARE lovely posies. Definitely flower-shop quality, with no nibbled leaves, torn petals and bugs. I'm picturing the little peony ants marching out of the blossoms and onto your plate: "Dear, the poppy seeds in this dish are just inspired." Hee!
