WASHINGTON STATE FAIR!

Forget rides - we're for animals and food!
Start with food - an elephant ear apiece!

... and split a large order of greasy fries!!!
And she still wants a gyro!  I'll nibble on it.

Cute? Yes - absolutely.  Irresistible? Of course.  Can I have one?  Huh?  Huh?  Please?  Pleeeese?  -  Oh yikes.
 This guy's a hero!
An 8th grade granddaughter has her horse there for two days and we saw some of the performances - they move too fast for my slow finger.  What is it about young girls and horses?
We did stop in the show-rabbit barn - not a fun thing to see for us.  They should have them in a big straw and toy filled pen with straw bales around the edge for us to sit on and interact with them.  Saw the pigs and sheep - that was great - good thing we don't have more land.

BURP.

I take it the show Rabbits were in small cages, yeah not fun,not fun at all.but I do love the goats and the sheep.I love goats, use to have them in school,I would go in early to feed and clean them out and then milk them by hand,my best time at school even when a goat turns it head round while you're milking it and ripe a mouth full of hair out of your scalp....hehehe Rosie and Charlotte never got me though...hehehe I was to quick for those to mischief makers.sounds like you had some good nommies too,xx Rachel
