"WHEN IN THE SLAMMER ...

... be patient and sleep all you can." - The Prisoner of RG
"I don't know how he can be so comfortable for so long on that awful rattan caned chair.  Maybe he feels like it is self imposed payback for pestering me so much." -  The Jailer of KB

(PS- A BIG thanks to Laura of RenoRabbits for coming over yesterday evening and making sure the little darlings did not die of lack of attention and food!)

KB the Cat Burglar. He can get out whenever he wants. Cats are slick like that.

KB is the Otis of HOR.
BL is Sheriff Andy Taylor.
RG is Deputy Barney Fife.

Thank you, Laura.

You don't suppose anyone thinks that it is not you behind those bars, do you RG? Sherif KB has locked you up for all kinds of stuff, but especially for going wild on your graduation night. Now some people may appreciate your effort to put a good face on it for the sake of our children. Personally, I think you should have gone for the straight up public service notice, "Don't do this or you will spend the night in jail listening to your cat purr and stretch and sleep while you wonder which of your bunnies will bail you out." The one you broomed? Maybe the one the one with the least ratty litter box? No, no, they are all pretty ratty, not looking good here...if only any of them had any cash, but no they are out on the streets day and night begging for change to buy a little food to get by on...sad...

Now some of you may be thinking that only Brandi can spell "sheriff," but I actually gave you a rather poor transcription of the Arabic word شريف "sherif" which means, among other things, noble, high-minded, decent, honoured. What better way to describe KB? If we could read and write in Texas, we would spell better than people in Oklahoma. Yep, I bet we would.

True. Texans should be Tejanos and Texas should be Tejas. Tejanos just have trouble spelling.
