This is another excerpt from the book RG and I wrote ... together, if you can believe that! Title is "From Hutches to Hearts" -- not yet published.

RG wrote this part: "Baxter reminds me of a big, happy, easygoing guy who is not sure what women are all about. Zoey is so busy keeping up with the social whirl that she just likes having a nice guy at home who is not much trouble. They have been together for almost six years."

(Note: We rescued both rabbits.)

RG goes on to write: "It is a happy thing to see those two rabbits bonded together, healthy and content, knowing that at one time in the past they were no longer wanted. That is a big reason The Marginal Rabbitry keeps chugging along; hard work, hay on the carpet, and all."

(Note: Before the blog, we used to refer to ourselves as The Marginal Rabbitry ... for obvious reasons.)

Those Bunns. So huggable and lovable. They are also very lucky to have found their way to you two.

Looking forward to a copy of "From Hearts to Hutches."

So where do I pick up my autographed copy of "From Hutches to Hearts" and "Dining with Dorothy"? And I'll just leave this carrotini over here and if you want it Baxter, go for it!

Definitely want a copy of "From Hutches to Hearts" when it's published.

As for Mr. Baxter, he is looking ever so suave and mellow--and I bet he knows it. :)

Oh Baxter does look as though he's enjoying his solitude there. I like your descriptions of him and Zoey! How could anyone have rejected Baxter and Zoey, or anybunny for that matter?
