I worked at a "Youth Earth Summit" today ... about 120 kids from local high-school Environmental Clubs put on a big event to share ideas and learn about some future near-term career avenues they might explore.
(PS: The event was held at the local Junior College and they have a Culinary Arts curriculum there. Those students will soon be making BIG Bucks from their Cinnamon Rolls!!!)

The Youth Earth Summit sounds like an excellent event - i definitely think a lot of today's young people have great ideas!
Re your comment on my blog, yes good public transport is more than luck, what I should have said was I'm lucky to live in a city with good public transport
i'm sure youth that attend and earth summit will be just fine, youths who bother me at wendy's will not!
