NO-BUNNS WEDNESDAY ....

"Say Jake?"
"Yeah Rocky? What?"
"I don't think this standing by the road waiting for a handout is going to work - I'm getting bored Jake."
"Me too Rocky - let's go fishing!"
Seen in a field this morning!

Wow, what a great photo. They are such magnificent, and big, birds. I saw one fly towards me then land on the roof of a vehicle nearby. Up close I realized how BIG these birds really are. Amazing and a bit frightening at the same time.

I also imagined the owner of the vehicle was quite puzzled as to what caused all the scratches on the roof of his SUV!

Oh my goodness, what a privilege to open your curtains and see that.

We have Peregrine Falcons and Common Buzzards where I live, and despite the fact the buzzards are very common I never tire of seeing them :).

Oh, wow!

I had it on my list of things to do before I die, to see a wild bald eagle. Boyfriend and I were row-boating in upstate new york and a big bird flew over us waaay up overhead. I THINK it was a bald eagle, but wasn't 100% sure. It had a white head. And was big. I don't even know if they are in upstate new york. So it is only half crossed off my list.
